Objective of the funding programme

The main priorities of the programme are two: "Innovations and Growth" and "Circular Economy". In addition to promoting greater energy independence for companies, the second priority – "Circular Economy" – provides funding for the more efficient use of resources, the development of new green production lines, increased utilisation of by-products and secondary raw materials, improved recycling, and the reduction of hazardous substances, waste, and other pollutants.

Combined financing is provided through a mix of financial instruments—such as guarantee investments and loans—and a grant. A combination with a grant within a single operation is foreseen, for example, to support energy audits, energy management systems, energy consumption monitoring and control systems, and other related investments.
