To explore the future of the EU, President Juncker has recently presented 5 futures of Europe, a report which illustrates five possible narratives about Europe´s possible future. This PLACARD workshop will explore how these scenarios and other foresight methods can be used as a basis for assessing climate risks and for designing and characterising effective responses.

It will include events across Europe, with the official opening event on 13 May in one of the EU Member States and a high-level summit in Brussels from 15 to 17 May. The closing of Green Week will take place at the end of the Brussels conference and will showcase the political conclusions from the Week.
