Monitoring framework, including appropriate M&E provisions for both the adaptation policy objectives and selected adaptation options are developed
Appropriate indicators are identified and developed
Progress is regularly monitored and reported to the relevant decision-makers, involving all relevant stakeholders
Adaptation strategy and/or action plan is updated, revised and readjusted according to the findings of the M&E procedure
