Description

Baltadapt is reviewing state-of-the-art knowledge on climate change in the Baltic Sea Region. This includes sea level and temperature rise and frequency and magnitude of extreme weather events. Climate change will increasingly drive marine ecosystems and biodiversity loss. BaltAdapt is identifying the information needed for designing appropriate adaptation measures. Baltadapt is reviewing the impact of climate change on coastal zones environmental conditions as well as on coastal uses and functions, strategies and management options.
