The Operational Programme for Economic Development and Innovation Plus (GINOP Plus) is the largest operational programme within the EU budget for the 2021–2027 period. It has a total budget of HUF 2,300 billion, including domestic co-financing. The programme supports economic growth, enhances the competitiveness of domestic enterprises, and promotes full employment through its initiatives.
Building on the achievements of GINOP and the experience gained over the past seven years, the Operational Programme aims to increase the resilience of the economy, unlock growth potential, strengthen competitiveness, and support the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
To achieve these objectives, the programme focuses on five key priorities: Enterprise Development, Research, Development and Innovation, Sustainable Labour Market, Youth Guarantee, and Higher Education and Vocational Training.
