On 26 January 2023, 200 regions and local authorities participated to the Launch of the Community of Practice of the Mission Adaptation to network and share experience on the implementation of adaptation measures at regional and local level. Regional and local authorities were invited to describe their main challenges in terms of financing, citizen engagement and access to data.
