To support regional authorities in developing, implementing and monitoring climate change adaptation plans, the Mission portal offers knowledge, data and tools relevant to the regional scale.

The aim of the Regional Adaptation Support Tool (RAST) is to assist regional authorities in the various steps involved in the development of climate change adaptation plans. For each step in the planning process, the RAST provides relevant guidance and resources such as reports, indicators and links to other information platforms.

The impacts of climate change will vary between regions. Understanding the specific vulnerability and risks is essential for planning and implementing adaptation actions at the regional level. The Adaptation Dashboard provides easy access to an overview of the most relevant data that regions can use in the process of developing their adaptation plans.
