1.Promotion of sustainable fisheries and conservation of aquatic biological resources.
2.Creating conditions for the growth of a sustainable blue economy and stimulating the development of fisheries and aquaculture communities in coastal and inland areas.
3. Stimulation and sustainable development of aquaculture, processing of fishery and aquaculture products and development of markets.
