Evaluation of implementation of the National Strategy, Finland

Description

Finland’s National Strategy for Adaptation to Climate Change was completed in 2005 as an independent section of the National Energy and Climate Strategy published in the same year. The Coordination Group for Adaptation to Climate Change was appointed to follow and promote the implementation of the Adaptation Strategy and it steered the evaluation of the implementation of the strategy conducted in winter 2008–2009. The Coordination Group will utilise the results of the evaluation in its future work in promoting the adaptation measures.
