The PLAtform for Climate Adaptation and Risk reDuction (PLACARD) project is examining how language is used in the climate change adaptation and disaster risk reduction domains where the same terminology is often used to mean different things. Practitioners and researchers from both fields are encouraged to take part in a short survey to help to understand the differences.
