Policy Paper: Climate change and the European water dimension - Enhancing resilience
This policy paper is the outcome of the conference “Climate change and the European water dimension – Enhancing resilience” and provides recommendations for the European Commission and EU Member States on how to increase water-related climate resilience and initiate the transformational change required to ensure resilience in the future.

Nature-Based Solutions for climate change adaptation in buildings: Concepts and pilot solutions for Portugal and Spain
In the Open Access Journal 'Urban Green Spaces' the chapter 'Nature-based solutions: prototypes and pilot solutions in the study areas' provides information on the prototypes developed by the EU LIFE-myBUILDINGisGREEN project in order to contribute to improving resilience in scholar and social buildings by the use of autochthonous vegetation. These NbS prototypes (building adaptation) are applied on walls, roofs, playgrounds, and exterior surfaces of three pilot buildings in Portugal and Badajoz (Spain).

EEA’s report 'The European environment - state and outlook 2020' released
EEA latest ‘State of the Environment’ report states that Europe faces environmental challenges of unprecedented scale and urgency. The report also says, there is reason for hope, amid increased public awareness of the need to shift to a sustainable future, technological innovations, growing community initiatives and stepped up EU action like the European Green Deal.
