Description

Map of Europe showing the rate of change of the metereological water balance. The water balance is defined as the difference between rainfall and reference evapo-transpiration in millimeters. The map shows the yearly change rate in water balance calculated for the period April 1975 - September 2010. The column named __VALUES__ contains the data.
